Interview
Phone screen with Hiring Manager, followed by on-site interview with four employees - usually team member(s) and potentially customers that you might interact with. Hiring is based upon need, fit with job, and perception of how well you will fit with corporate culture. HR Recruiters handle the communication and interview process and help coordinate start date and paperwork. Online forms are used for the offers and acceptance.
