first interview was on campus. they ask you why you want to work for advisory and to tell them what you know about advisory. then they ask you behavioral questions and go down your resume. 2nd round were at the office and it was more laid back. you got to meet people you would work with and they got you excited by telling you what your job would be like.

Pretty basic Pymetrics test with a bunch of games. There was one with balloons that you had to inflate by clicking until they popped after a random number of clicks. It was meant to judge your risk-taking mentality, and other games operated in a similar fashion.

Aforementioned balloon game. Another game where you had the choice to split a certain amount of your money with another player. A third game tested your ability to hit the space bar as fast as possible when a green dot appeared on the screen while refraining when a red dot appeared.

Interview
The staff were pretty quick reaching out to me. I had a great phone call with one of the senior managers and was called in for an in person interview. There I spoke to a director and partner and received an on site tour. I heard back a couple weeks later. All around very smooth interview process.
