The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Jan 2009
Interview
Over the course of several weeks, the process first started with initial interview was a phone call with standard interview questions in addition to a few case questions. The second interview was done over the video conferencing (was out of state at the time) and was similar in nature with two interviewers and more quantitative and problem solving questions. The third interview was on site for interview with management. Hints: Know about the Kaiser model and know what you can about the industry and how it differentiates itself in a macro and micro setting; definitely have good case question skills under your belt those questions were played a large role in the interview process.

Question 1
Typical quantitative case questions involving costs, price, revenue, market conditions, and etc., make a recommendation on how to fix a particular issue facing a fictitious company.
Lengthy process, interviews are friendly but impersonal. Some interviewers seemed inexperienced and strictly followed scripted questions. The process took several months from the first interview to the time I received an offer.

Phone then in person with hiring manager. Might send you out via flight as needed based on job type. I now need 30 words at minimum to complete this section.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in July 2023
Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews and they did not get back to me until four months later. Also, before my 2nd interview, the recruiter reached out to me on Sunday to let me know I had to create a detailed presentation a day before my interview. The whole process revealed to me that the organization lacked effective communication.
