Number of rounds depends on the position you apply and their requirements. Firstly, mine was jam session . That they will give any of the general topic. Secondly, there many different rounds like Group Discussion, Project rounds and exercise rounds Finally , there will be Manager Round

I got the opportunity from the campus where the first stage consisted of Aptitude test which had multiple choice questions. After clearing the Aptitude test, we had Group Discussion on basic topics. In this stage they basically check your fluency in English. I cleared the group discussion after which I was called for the Interview process at Kantar GDC the next week. For the interview process at their office, there were four rounds again. The first round was JAM test, the second was a Group Activity, third was a written test and the final being face to face interview. I cleared all the rounds gave my final interview. After this there was no proper communication from the company regarding the result of this whole interview process. We waited for almost two months for the company to communicate us the result. Overall I found the interview process to be lengthy with lack of communication.
