Kantar Support Engineer interview questions

After four rounds of interviews, I don't see any offer. I can understand there could be a better match for their needs, but the funny thing is, they asked for personal documents without any offer. I didn't like it. Also, the job ad mentioned "Competitive Compensation," but that's way lower than the market, even though in the initial interview with the people&culture, I told them my salary expectation, and they said it matches our budget!
