Keepcon User Experience Designer interview questions

I was contacted via Linkedin by a recruiter. The process was fast and straightforward. I had an initial interview with 2 of the owners followed by an interview with a designer a few days later. At the end of second interview I was asked to complete an exercise for which I had the whole weekend. I got hired 3 weeks after the first interview.
