Interview
It is a mutual agreement. You have to be the fit for them and they have to be the right fit for you. They WON'T be HIRING you, they'll be SPONSORING you. Which means that you will go out and prospect for clients, and out of every sale you make they will take a cut. Although it is a higher cut, I highly recommend it for new agents. The training and support staff are vital for your start.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
