Professional and thorough process where they will have you meet with multiple people in the field and also the management team. It isn't too lengthy a process but multiple meetings that benefit both side in finding out if it's a fit or not.

Remove interview via Zoom. I had two separate interviews. Got the job, but they thought I was trying to rob the bank on my first day. The branch I was told to work at hand no idea I was coming in on my first day, and they thought I was trying to rob the bank... YIKES

Standard BS. They don't get very creative with their questions, but do want to know who you are, where you want to go, etc... Be prepared to answer/discuss fundamental financial questions
