I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KeyBank (Colorado Springs, CO) in June 2013
Interview
Dress in business professional! Very straight forward interview, interviewed with the branch manager (who got fired a year later because she's incompetent) and the Operations Leader. They definitely respect their military veterans. Once the interview was over I was practically guaranteed a call back, and the next week I got a phone call from the head of HR.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KeyBank (Portland, OR) in Apr 2025
Interview
The recruiter did not sound interested throughout the whole interview and asked borderline offensive questions. A little background: I was unemployed for a while due to layoffs. I guess the recruiter did not like the fact that there were gaps in my work history and asked me if I am still unemployed? How would I support myself financially if I weren't employed? What am I trying to get out of being a teller? Is this really appropriate for a phone screening? I got a rejection a week after the phone interview.
