Started with HR phone screen. Have a 30 mins interview with VP of Data Science. The interview was two parts, refactor some code, and go through your resume (also maybe code on your github, if you gave them your link).

The hiring process includes an initial skills assessment, followed by a recruiter phone screen, then virtual technical onsite interviews to evaluate technical ability, collaboration, and role fit, ending with a potential offer for selected candidates.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klaviyo (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2025

Three back-to-back rounds, 1 hm, 1 ML , 1 Spark. the first round is 45 mins, the other two are 1h. No leetcode coding. Answer question and discuss more based on the materials they provide.

Interview
Same story as a lot of people here. Got asked to a coding exercise before talking to anyone. The assessment was trivial, but was vague as to what they were actually looking for. Received a rejection a day later with no feedback.
Highly recommend NOT applying here. Seems like a joke almost, and many people have the exact same experience.
