I applied and did my assessment on the same day once I finished I got an invitation to schedule an interview only 20 minutes later. I did my interview, I only had 2 questions because I do not have work experience. After my 5 minute interview the interviewer told me t go to kohlscareers.cpm/nextsteps and she told me I'd find out if they wanted me there in 24 hours. my job submission status went from under consideration to process complete, I did not get an email to say if I was declined or accepted it has been 3 days since my interview.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
