I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
Applied via snagajob and was contacted about 2 days later for a group interview. I prepared for the group interview by reading all of these reviews and found it to be quite helpful. After the group interview, I filled out paperwork and met with the store manager a few days later for a 2nd interview. I haven't heard the outcome yet, but it seemed like they were pretty desperate for help.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Question 1
Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Question 1
They asked me to be available for a zoom call at a specified time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Smith, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
