I applied to the position and reached out to the hiring manager, then sent my resume directly to her. She responded with an intro call request and we scheduled it for a few days later. The “intro call” lasted about 3 minutes, she asked me to tell her about myself and my experience, she cut me off before I was finished assuming my experience and said it wasn’t what she was looking for, she was rude and said she wanted someone who was already doing this role. It was clear she took no time to read my resume and wasted both of our times. I definitely wouldn’t want to work for her

Interviewed and felt like it went great. The interviewer said “we are trying to move fast,” when I asked about a timeline. Several weeks have passed and I have not hear from them despite following up. I wish they had enough respect for my time to at least tell me they were going with another candidate.

The beginning of the interview process was great, but it took over a month to get the final word back. No follow ups unless asked for, and those were replied to within multiple days due to the manager being OOO multiple times. Reached the final stage and without compensation being brought up once throughout any of the 4 stages. Seems like a great company to work for, but I would hope they get a little better about following up and respecting candidates time.
