I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kroger in Sept 2022
Interview
I interviewed with a recruiter in August. He advised that he doesn't normally help with the PM hiring process but that they were short staffed. I was told he would forward my info to the recruiting team and they would be in touch with next steps. Two weeks went by and NOTHING. I emailed my original contact who said he would check. A few days later I received an inquiry about my availability with a different recruiter. Another two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I had to call her to ask if the position was still open and if we were proceeding. She said they were in final stages of hiring and she would get me scheduled ASAP. It took another few days to get scheduled with the hiring team. The hiring team then informed me that were in the early stages of interviewing, completely contradicting the recruiter. I was told a decision would be made within two weeks. I haven't heard anything. I emailed the recruiter and she ignored me (though, I'm not really surprised considering her track record). I reached out to the hiring manager a week later and still have not received a response. My application still says "Under Review." Regardless of being given an offer or not, Kroger should still let the candidates know where they stand. My issue is more with the recruiter than the management. Please train them on organizational and communication skills.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deliver difficult news to a client.
HR phone screen and then in person with a panel, pretty straight forward. Just prepare as you normally would and you will be fine. Not much else to say about it.
Interactive group interview with multiple team members. It lasted around forty five minutes. A variety of questions were asked and there was meaningful discussion. I felt like the interview went well.
