The manager was very professional, she asked not only work related questions but personality questions as well. She even set up scenarios for me to apply myself in, furthermore asked questions based on if I were to be in a troublesome situation.

Very casual, a little unorganized, upfront about the low pay. He had me stand behind the counter while he checked in guests, took calls, and tried to think of questions to ask me. When he finally got someone to watch the front we went to the breakroom, which was a mess.
