Very upbeat introduction from the GM and Fitness Director. They told me about their experience running different gyms, and how their sales process works. I learned directly from the Fitness Director how she was able to come in as a Sales Counselor to running the gym in a few months.

The interview process was great. I had two interviews, but one could have been more professional than the other. The experience is overall bad because I was promised a position as an assistant manager but I was given a different position with a much lower pay.
