This was for a summer student position via the Canada Student Jobs for between the ages 19-30 and are currently in school.
Zoom interview, 40 minutes.
A panel of 2-3 people.
Asked communication question and scenarios/how would you handle something questions.

Got the offer while out of town,
Agency was flexible and allowed me to interview over skype
I had a second interview in person - on-site, I appreciated that they included clients in the decision-making process as a valuable insight into the needs of the community you are serving.
