Interview
Found the job on craigslist and applied; got a phone call the next day asking really basic questions. Was called in for an in-person interview the next day. Manager didn't seem to care that I had no experience as a driver or handling food. After going on one "training" delivery with another driver I was sent out on my own.

Interview
I got a phone call that was entirely basic. "Describe your biggest challenge at a previous job" and "what would you say your weaknesses are" - I honestly thought the company was a pyramid scheme at first. I couldn't believe these were the questions they were asking of someone they were looking at for a position that could seriously impact their business.
