I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at LPL Financial in June 2020
Interview
I applied online and received a request from a recruiter to do a phone screen. I had the phone screen within a few days of applying. I received a generic rejection email two days after having the phone screen. I received no further communication from the recruiter.
I had previously applied to a similar role in March 2020. I received the same, generic rejection shortly after phone screening for that role, so I asked the recruiter why the same job was re-posted. She explained that the original hire didn't work out, so the position was reopened. I reminded her that I had previously screened with her, and she pretended to remember me, but it was obvious she couldn't. She hurried me off the phone after 15 minutes and never corresponded with me again. Discourteous and unprofessional!
