The process wasn't that hard. Was asked about my experience preffered age group to work and about my family background. Some questions were asked. I had to come another day and was in observation in the classroom with the kids I had to work for an hour.

It was haste and unprofessional. I took the job and only lasted a few weeks. Poorly ran, it was a horrible experience. Everyone hated working there. The managing parties are uncanny.
