Land's Edge Foundation interview questions

The interview was delayed upwards of a month due to staff leave and even then was unorganized when I arrived for my interview. The format of the interview was split and there was one in person and one virtual, which impacted the interview. It was a bit chaotic with the room being extremely messy and hot, and one of the interviewers driving with their children in the back while they asked me interview questions on a teams cal. They called with an offer later that day but were hesitant with any details you would need to accept a job offer. They called me every few days afterwards to "chat" about how excited they were to have me and my skill set. I verbally accepted but when I asked about health benefits they rescinded the offer. The whole process was full of red flags from the get go.
