I found the online application, scheduled a phone call via Linkedin with HR and had brief phone interview. The HR manager was absent to our phone call at agreed time - extremely unprofessional. After rescheduling, she was cutting me off during interview and had disgusting manners. I wouldn't want to work for her!

Multiple rounds. First two were with HR recruiter. Second was recording. Third was with the team and had to walk them through a demo of my work. Fourth was in person at the office with the team and CIO.

After an initial HR phone interview the next phase is a Video Interview that you record of yourself answering the questions. I know this is becoming common, I just feel you have to be an actor for it, there is no back and forth with a person to get clarification or proceed down a different path when in a person to person(s) interview.

Interview
After application, there are 3 steps:
1) Phone Screening with Talent Acquisition
2) Video Interview - You have to answer 5 questions that are prompted before they record your response.
3) In-Person Interview/Remote Interview - Depends on if the managers want to come in, but mine was a remote Interview with one of them going over my background.
