Interview
Accurately described job description and duties. Attempted to find out if I was a good fit for the company. Discussed prior sales experience and work experience. There was also mutual honesty about expectations.
The interview process was smooth and easy. The actual company is basically a pyramid scheme where you are your own boss for minimum wage. Monday-Saturday you work. Company culture seemed good and there was great structure. Again, not for everyone.
Simple and cut to the details. If you can sell or are coachable this will work for you. Keep an open mind and listen to the ops managers they’re mangers because of their performance when they were sales reps.

Friendly, over the phone interview. Everyone down the line was helpful and made it easy to understand the process. Pretty straight forward process. Making it easy to understand what the job entailed and the duties you are responsible for.
