Lean Technologies Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) interview questions

I had passed the first two interviews, the first interview was the HR and the second one was the first technical with the Engineering manager, despite that he has confirmed that we would go into the second phase which is the second technical, no invitation has been sent and no follow up from their side so i had to reach them myself. They said that they expect the HR would send me the invitation and the HR himself does not know anything from the tech manager which sth very odd. They seem they go through interviews without having a process nor updating the candidates of the status of their apps. That was very disappointing and not professional at all.
