I first had an initial phonecall from HR to give me a phone screen and then to set up an interview. AT the interview two people interviewed me from the department and it was very relaxed, they asked you common STAR method questions and about my involvement in school.

Brought in for a single interview. Was asked basic questions from HR and manager I'd be working under. After completion of a background check and drug screen, I was hired and began working within a week. Very quick and easy process.
