The interview process went smoothly. GM and the DM were great people and really listen and gave me an opportunity tell about what I can bring to the table and had faith in me to getting the job done. The interview process didn't really take long after the 1st one, was asked to come back for a 2nd interview right there. Waited a week cause the DM was on vacation. Had a great interview with the DM and I was offered the job 2 days later.

Using the now retired online AI to submit my resume and schedule an interview. I then reported to the interview only to have the manager not be aware he was interviewing someone. He had no questions prepared and asked questions on the spot. He did not take notes. He offered me a job on the spot and then had me interview over video call with the District Manager who got back to me 3 days later and was late for the video call.
Easy basic interview questions about your experience in retail or in general. I was the Offered job on the spot. Make sure you have some sort of retail experience and experience with customers.
