Not bad just relax and answer the questions well. The question are mostly normal and easy like why do your want work here, do you have experience with customer services and have you ever worked in. Retail before
Great process. Very seamless process. From beginning to end it was very easy to apply and then the day of the interview with the hiring manager that was on site at the location of the interview
Walked around the area and discussed the job in detail. Was told how to act around customers and what to do during intense situations. The manager asked me to talk about a skill that'll help with the job but isn't on my resume.
Had the interview in the mall food court so it was noisy hard to hear at times Asked questions on my you want to work at lids. Sort of difficult interview for such a low paying job it's like I was interving to be president
