Interview
There were two interviews, one was with the personal training manager, and then there was one with the general manager of the gym. Both interviews were in person at the gym. Both managers were very nice and professional as they asked me questions about myself and the job.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
