Meeting with someone asking general questions, then a brief tour of the building. Generally includes cult-like claptrap about how great it is and how much opportunity there is, while also going into how awesome Lightspeed VT is. The entire company is built on and for sales people, so they treat everyone like a potential mark from the interview process on. It felt very haphazard and was not the ideal way to learn about a company.
