Lighthouse Credit Union interview questions

I met with the hiring manager first, then met with another designer on the team and the HR person. Really liked all of the team other than the HR person who seemed like he was trying to trip you up and ask weird hardball questions. Didn't get an offer but this job has be open now for months. Looking at LinkedIn, it seems like they have never hired anyone. Seems like a huge waste of everyone's time.
