I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Introduction/overview of the company culture and programs. Role playing different programs. Critical thinking test, spelling test, and one on one interview. Spelling test included a test of real words and a test of "nonsense" words that you must spell phonetically. Fairly extensive process but worth it in order to weed out candidates who are not qualified for the job.

Interview
There was a test based on logic/deduction and we practiced conducting the programs that the center offers to its clients. We watched a few introduction videos and there was a one on one interview at the end.

Question 1
What would you do if you spilled coffee on your clothes on the way to work?

Interview
There was a short spelling test and a critical analysis test. (Studying the critical analysis practice test will be very beneficial.) This was followed by an in-person interview. The tests are really just to make sure you are competent to teach the material and the in-person interview is to make sure you know how to manage behavior in children.

Question 1
Tell me 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses. What would you do if magic stones fell on the floor with little time left in a lesson?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in June 2016
Interview
Similar to the other reviews, we had to take a spelling test and logic test. For the spelling test, there were five nonsense words that you just have to do your best to spell phonetically. I would definitely suggest practicing a few sample questions for the Watson-Glaser logic test since it is in a very particular format that you may not be prepared for if you have not seen similar questions.
After these two tests, they sent away anybody that did not pass to their standards. We then watched a video explaining the teaching style of Lindamood-Bell and had to act out sample situations to try to recreate the teaching example they showed us with a fellow interviewee. After two such recreations, we were asked a few questions individually in standard interview format. They get back to you quickly (within a day).
