I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
(1) Recruiter screen - 30 minutes
(2) Hiring manager - 30 minutes
(3) Skills interview - 30 minutes
(4) Panel (1 of 2) - 30 minutes
One of the best interview processes I've seen across similar tech companies. They get a ton of data within a short period of time and actually took the time to provide feedback and de-brief after (even with a decline). The fact they take time to provide feedback means quite a lot and really sets LinkedIn apart from other companies who typically provide a standard form letter. The recruiter was incredibly professional and friendly.

Identifying risks, stakeholder management, influencing without authority, etc. - assume that all key parts of program management will be covered throughout the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Nov 2025
Interview
Recruiter screen, HM screen, peer screen. I would not recommend joining the talent team. Interviewer was late to the TA enablement meeting and her questions didn’t make sense. She regurgitated everything I said, and really doesn’t seem like a thoughtful leader.

Tell me about your experience with AI
What are your strategies for using AI
Took 2 months to hear back from application time. Not the best experience, interviewer didn’t give much insight into day to day or culture. Took forever to hear back afterwards
Meet with hiring manager and team members. They set up time and talked about responsibilities and roles. Shared onboarding process. Ask your skill sets and what questions you have. They also ask if you have previous experience in program management and people management. Time management is important too.
