The interview process involves a phone screening with the recruiter. After that, there are interviews with the hiring manager, head of sales, and product manager. Additionally, there is a product launch presentation and a meet and greet with the CEO.
Unfortunately, I didn't progress further in the process after meeting with the hiring manager. The recruiter I spoke to had good knowledge about the company and the hiring process for this specific position. The interview with the hiring manager was a standard behavioral interview, focusing on the company's expectations for the role.
Overall, my experience as a candidate was okay. The only negative aspect I would note is the rejection notification coming from an automated no-reply email instead of the recruiter. If a candidate has already met with people in the company, I think it is more respectful to hear the rejection directly from the recruiter.
