Interview
During the interview they ask basic questions and behavioral type questions. I felt it was pretty easy and straight forward.
Bring a resume, and cover letter. Dress to impress. More than likely, you'll land the job.

Question 1
Basic behavioral questions. Nothing too drastic. Pretty straight forward. Interviewed with 2 managers. This was back in 2008 though.
We did the interview through Webex which was really convenient and felt safer. They were very open and transparent about the position and what they were looking for. Be prepared to have specific examples covering different customer service scenarios. It was a very comfortable conversation and I left feeling good about the experience.
