The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Alexandria, VA) in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. Quick phone interview where we discussed my resume, followed by a panel interview and then 1:1 interviews for one half of a day. I truly believe that it is difficult to get an understanding of an organization in so few days. I really did not feel that I understood the organization well enough to accept an offer.

How would you handle a situation where two engineers disagree about the best solution?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2026
Interview
It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.
Primarily Behavioral. Walked through my resume and asked questions about coursework and what languages I was comfortable in. Did not ask me anything too technical, instead just asked questions about my projects and experiences.
