1 on 1 interview. Flight and hotel was provided for out of state candidates. Each candidate was assigned a table number. Strict 30 minute time slot. 15 candidates were interviewing all at once in one big room. Almost like a speed dating scenario. After all of the candidates finished the next wave of 15 candidates came in. There were no technical questions. All behavioral relating to leadership and team work.

Received a phone call fora simple pre interview screening to see if I was still interested in an opportunity I applied to.
2nd interview was in person, met with a manager and I was interviewed for an hour being asked typical behavioral interview questions and personal questions pertaining to my hobbies or personal interests.

The interview process was very low stress and consisted of two separate virtual interviews. The general scope of the questions concerned my resume and description of my experience. I was able to receive feedback and an offer relatively quickly.

Scheduled my interview using LEO their automated scheduler. It was a panel interview. They explained the job and then asked me questions based mainly off my resume. It lasted a little over an hour
