I was taken to the training room where I was asked several questions from a packet of papers the interviewer had with him. I was then rated on my answers and that was used to determine if I was a proper fit for the job.

I applied and two days later i was called to set up an interview. 5 days later i went to the interview read the job description then they asked me about experience which i had plenty of since my first job was receiving at menards. They asked the standard questions about time management and dealing with guests. Right after that they drug tested me and offered me the job

Started off with a handshake. Was asked questions about safety, How I'd worked with a team to solve a problem and lastly, Do I believe I'm capable of hard work.
