Lucid is very serious about hand picking employees who fit in with the company culture both professionally and personally. While it is a tech company they want employees who have social skills and are well rounded. The interview process was pretty thorough and I would say intense. It obviously starts off with a phone screening interview and if you are called in to the office, you will have about 6-8 1 on 1 interviews with potential team members, HR, your potential manager, and those on other teams who you may or may not work with daily. There is no set interview question sheet, the interviews were conversational to ensure you know what you’re doing, what you’re talking about and personality. There are 2 rounds of in person interviews followed by a background check and contacting of referrals.
