I had a total of three interviews: one with a recruiter, a Director of Sales, and a VP of Sales. From start to finish, it was such a positive experience. I really connected with everyone through the process and was given a great overview of the position + tour of my office location. It's one time where I felt that i could really bring my personality to an interview . They definitely seem to look for the appropriate cultural fit.
