I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lumen (Johnson City, TN)
Interview
All the interviews were via telephone. The hiring process was prolonged. From first interview to offer took about three months. The process was somewhat disorganized. I had to apply twice because they switched recruiting systems during the course of my interview process and my initial application was in the old system and they were surprisingly unable to migrate the data to the new system. This was around the time they bought Quest. This seemed to be the source of the disarray in the process.

Was a panel interview format (4 on 1) and was primarily focused on the STAR questions. Was obvious they were given a sheet of paper with a dozen typical STAR questions and used the first half of the interview going through those. Didn't share much about their own backgrounds or abilities.
