Recruiter ping me in LinkedIn and set up interview call. Technical interview, planned is 1 hour but interviewer overrun and make it 90 minutes. The interviewer demonstrated a clear lack of courtesy and engagement right from the beginning. Despite my polite request to enable his camera to ensure a more respectful and interactive discussion, he kept his camera off throughout, while mine remained on. It felt one-sided, impersonal, and dismissive.
