Very lengthy process with about 5 interviews. They were very helpful through the process but the process took 5 months and included a personality quiz. It drew out for a long time for only a mid level position. I appreciate the dedication to finding the right employee for them but the entire process was very long.

The interview process started with a Zoom interview with about 5 people, then an in-person interview with about 5 other people, a personality test and reference check, then a final interview with 5 additional people and a one-on-one with the executive director

They asked me a lot about my personality to make sure I was a good fit for their company and the culture. They also asked a lot about how I would handle juggling the needs of several people at once.
