The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MGO in June 2010
Interview
Yoke needs to apply for the open positions on the website,.human resources contacted me first and asked if I was interested in a phone interview. Phone interview was simple. Then they asked for a in house interview where there was a manager and a partner present. Talked about why accounting, auditing
Self online video interview with 5 questions. They send you a textbox of question and you're instructed to record a video of yourself answering the question. It's untimed and you have multiple opportunities to redo the video.
30 minutes listening to the Partner advertise the firm. People then get divided into two groups. 1 Group then splits individually and goes to 2, 20 minute back to back interviews with the manager and director. The other group all sits in a Q&A panel where they ask free for all questions to current associates. Then, the group that initially did the Q&A swap places with the other group and do the 1 on 1 interviews with the manager and director. Afterwards, all of the people involved go to a lunch at the local restaurant.
Interview went nicely with no pressure whatsoever. The interviewers asked mostly behavioral questions and it was more of a conversation rather than an interview. They ask a few questions initially and then afterwards leaves the rest of the time for you to ask questions to the interviewer.
Only problem I have is that they tell us they will contact us about the status of the interview, but they never did which is frustrating.
Thank you for your feedback! We're happy that you had a positive interview experience overall and HR should close the loop with all candidates after the interview process is completed.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MGO (Walnut Creek, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied direct. They scheduled one on one interviews with partners, and it was supposed to be about a 30 min interview. The second round is getting to know the office and the people in it. They are willing to work with your schedule and are quick to respond to you.
