Interviewer showed up 15 min late. Then started asking about Python syntax. After 30 min mentioned that the role was not going to be filled for at least another 7 months. Waste of time.

What's the difference between set, tuple and list.
Clear communication, constructive feedback, and a very positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the process. The questions were well structured, relevant, and closely aligned with the role, allowing me to clearly demonstrate my skills and experience.

They asked some questions via mail about my experience before inviting me to an online interview. MS Teams call with two interview partners was scheduled for 30 mins and anounced as a "clarification of mutual expectations" but turned out to be an old school technical interview.

One get to know interview, one technical interview, one human resource interview for contract negotiation. First interview very casual (~30 minutes) of expectation management, current role and aspirations. Second with technical team describing problem solving strategies and specific software (Python) related questions.
