Met up with my interviewer after being shown to his office by a door guard. More or less exchanged pleasantries, the bulk of the interview questions were actually asked on the phone. Things like "tell me about a time you worked well as a team" and "tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer." The sit down face to face interview was very much just a conversation about the job. The interviewer said I was "at the top" of the list but they had more interviews to hold, directing me to the executive office to put myself through the system for a background. I went right up and did that. A few days later I got an e-mail referring me to do exactly what I had done in the executive office, but I followed through with that e-mail attempting to do what it was asking me to do. There simply was no link to the instructions in the e-mail so I chalked it up to an error from the system. Never heard from them after.
