They were seeking a copywriter with 4-5 years experience and asked me to complete a client brief prior to the interview. The head of people and culture undermined my experience throughout the meeting before noting the remuneration was just $70-80K. She told me this was mid range when I asked why they had listed 4-5 years experience in the ad.
Avoid at all costs. They are clearly broke.

The interview process was smooth, it was an initial interview with the People & Culture manager and an Executive Producer. They asked relevant questions for skills they were after and asked for experience-related answers. They were receptive to questions and willing to share detailed answers.
