I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Malouf Careers (Nibley, Cache, UT) in May 2020
Interview
I connected with Ryan Carlisle previously while working with a production facility in Vietnam. After returning to the U.S., I reached back out to him to see if there may be opportunities to jump in and help his team. We arranged a time to interview/ meet with both RC and Kyle Robertson in person. This process was very comfortable and focused on both my experience in sourcing, and the furniture industry as a whole.
