I interviewed at Mark Spain Real Estate (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
relaxed, but still wanting to engage your work ethic, and customer service abilities. Questions were more so tailored to inquire about my income goals and gauge my level of eagerness to meet company goals.

Question 1
if you were to choose between making 75k a year and 200k a year what typer of earner would you classify yourself as?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mark Spain Real Estate (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2025
Interview
First call with HR director went great! In person interview went awkward, very quickly. Was basically told I needed to dissolve the business I currently own and manage because it "would take too much time away from day to day operations". Reiterated that my business has no impact on day to day activity and made sure the interviewer understood that. Essentially it seemed as if the interviewer had zero interest in hearing anything other than me "folding over", to which the interview seemed to be cut short and off I went. After doing some digging and understanding it seems as if they are only hiring fresh people to the industry (which I am not) and their only interest is hiring people to mold them to unrealistic and non personable sales people.

Question 1
They didn't "ask" anything other than going over an API rating that was filled out prior. The moment you seem to not fit within their boundaries, consider yourself no longer a candidate.
