I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Sydney) in Apr 2016
Interview
Online Testing (Verbal, Numerical, and Logical Reasoning)
Video Interview (Pre-recorded questions; do a bit of research about the company and prepare a number of stories illustrating (STAR format) attributes you have/situations where you performed, were challenge etc.)
Assessment Centre: Mars Australia will fly you to the AC and provide accommodation if you don't live in Sydney.
Standard Format. Group Activities (x2) and an interview; only lasted 8 minutes, as you were in a room with other people being interviewed at the same time. Structure: tell them about you? why mars? They ask you some questions (i.e. who else do you feel performed well in the group work?), lastly, quick questions for them.
Overall the interview process was a positive experience, they treat all of their applicants well.
