Interview
Initial interview is with HireVue online.
The questions were far-fetch, which leaves you almost speechless.
it picks up your facial expressions, and even if you're not nervous, just the fact of being filmed makes things uneasy.

I was clearly qualified for the position. First two people thought I was the perfect fit. The lazy producer who doesn't produce new business, doesn't answer technical insurance questions and said that he is not good at administrative tasks picked the less qualified candidate. Companies need to start getting rid of lazy producers that just sit on their books of business. The lazy producers don't want qualified candidates because it threatens their job and the company loses at the end while the producer gets paid to do next to nothing. He didn't even do a proper interview.
In person in London office , was approximately 1 hour in length with two people conducting the interview.

Interview
First received a recruiter email to schedule a call, and got ghosted after 3 emails without any call. Then one week later received another email from the same recruiter to schedule a call for the same position. Got ghosted again for 2 weeks and then finally the recruiter called to screen for only 10 minutes, asking questions that had been already answered in online application, the recruiter appeared completely uninterested, then got an automated generic rejection email on the same day.
